Responsibilities
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* Assist with ensuring standards are upheld from opening to closing.
Inherent requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
* Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and adaptable availability.
