The Role
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You should be a self-starter, adept at using your initiative, be able to solve problems, and produce high-quality work. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a very busy administration office is highly desirable. You should excel in working towards deadlines and prioritising multiple tasks effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in various software applications will be highly regarded, including but not limited to Compass, School Integrated System, Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).

Eligibility

Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
