Your responsibilities will include room reservations, limousine transfers and air travel arrangements. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and a high level of professionalism to ensure a luxurious experience for our guests.
Requirements
* Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services
* Good computer skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems
* A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
* The ability to speak a second language
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills
* Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
* Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
