Operations Manager Role
This is a full-time leadership position that encompasses people management, business development and disability support services.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-quality disability support services across the region, focusing on person-centred support and values-driven culture.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and selecting support workers who align with participants' individual needs, goals and preferences.
* Lead, train and coordinate teams to deliver personalised, high-quality support at home and in the community.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to grow our local presence and attract new participants.
* Conduct regular visits to oversee and support service delivery, ensuring continuity and quality.
* Recruit, select and develop staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve outcomes for participants.
Requirements include expertise in the disability support sector, innovation in designing supports and services, strong leadership skills and experience working with diverse groups.
