* Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
* Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
* Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
* Collaborating with the team to deliver individualised care plans

What You'll Bring
* Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification)
* If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you *may be eligible for an exemption.
* Valid Full Australian Driver's License
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
* Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
