* Maintain exceptional cash handling skills, including reconciling cash/EFTPOS terminals with accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Cash handling skills, including reconciliation of cash/EFTPOS terminals.
* Ability to manage a shift in a fast-paced environment.
* Outgoing and friendly personality.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of wine (local and imported).
* Ability to demonstrate skills and knowledge and train staff in Bar Tending Skills (Tap Beer, Service, Cocktail Making).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with regular customers.
* Immaculate presentation and reliability.
* Experience working in a sporting venue.
* Basic understanding of TV/AV systems.
* Experience using H&L.
* Sound coffee knowledge and basic barista skills.
