Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the sales pipeline and client relationships.
* Conduct property appraisals, listings, and sales presentations.
* Assist vendors and buyers throughout the entire sales process.
* Attend opens, private inspections, and negotiation meetings.
* Prepare marketing materials and manage property campaigns.
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance requirements are met.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team and leadership.
About You:
* Proven experience in real estate sales (any level of experience is welcome).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Agents Representative Certificate is required.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing is an advantage.
