Finance Business Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency and financial accuracy within the Government sector.
As a key member of our team, you will liaise with Business Managers to ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting, analysing and quality-checking information against actual vs budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Business Managers to ensure transparent and accurate budgeting and forecasting
* Analysing and quality-checking information against actual vs budget allocation
* Preparing reports for committees
* Completing end-of-month financial processes, including processing journals, accruals, and internal reporting
* Building and sustaining effective relationships with team members and guiding junior Finance team members
* Providing high-level customer service and training to Business Groups
Requirements:
* A strong client focus and ability to anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
* Highly developed interpersonal engagement skills
Benefits:
* $91,199 to $104,820 per annum
* 15.4% superannuation
