We are looking for a hands-on recruitment coordinator: someone who can lead the talent acquisition for our studios.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Recruitment**:
- Responsible for administration and coordination of recruitment for BVN studios nationally and internationally, to assist with creating a unified experience for attracting people to join BVN.
- Recruitment drives could involve international searches in addition to national searches.
- Depending on the position, recruitment drives could include attracting people from within BVN in addition to outside of BVN.
- As required, assist and work closely with the Studio Directors in each studio, and with the National Stream Leads, in relation to their recruitment needs.
- Manage the recruitment process utilising our recruitment platform Breezy.
- Be the contact point for recruitment enquiries (incl. those from recruitment agencies, responses to position ads, studio networks etc.).
- Setup and schedule interviews.
- Attend interviews and keep notes when required.
- Keep terms with recruitment agencies up to date.
- Draft position ads, and post on the BVN website, and online in other online forums etc.
- Coordinate social media posts for recruitment with the BVN brand & comms team.
- Assist with briefing the payroll team of requirements for letters of offer (when required by Studio Directors or Stream Leads).
- Follow up on referees and keep written records of these.
- Ensure compliance with various BVN accreditations.
- Seek to improve and refine the overall recruitment process.
- Assist in providing data to enable recruitment in the studio to be analysed and better understood.
**General**:
- With oversight from the Head of People and Character, provide advisory support for employee grievances, performance issues and investigations through to resolution.
- With oversight from the Head of People and Character, participate and contribute to the delivery of priorities in the People and Character projects and roadmap, as required.
- Undertake a twice yearly LinkedIn audit of all BVNers for protected title of 'architect'.
- Providing administrative support to the People and Character Team as required.
- Manage our employee work anniversaries program.
**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience of successfully managing recruitment.
- Some experience with recruitment software platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to plan, track and control projects.

- A personal commitment and interest in sustainability and working to design a better planet.
- Experience or interest in architecture and design.
