About The Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
* Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs.
* Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses.
* Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
* Establish positive relationships with residents.
About You
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent.
* Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
* Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members.
* Free seasonal flu vaccination.
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
