Your Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual who is highly motivated by future leadership opportunities within our Cabot's team. As the Key Account Manager – Trade, you will report to the State Sales Manager where you will play an integral role driving market growth for Cabot's Premium Woodcare Brands across NSW.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the trade and commercial portfolio, building and nurturing key relationships across the construction ecosystem, including architects, builders, homeowners, project managers and trade applicators.
Your excellent communication and people skills will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Dulux Construction Solutions, Trade Sales, and Stores to create integrated solutions and opportunities and influence the specification and preference of Cabot's coatings in significant commercial and residential projects. You will also thrive in leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales executives for success in your channel.
Skills & Experience To be successful in this autonomous role you will have a passion for sales and a natural ability to influence stakeholders. You will have a positive, motivated, and open mindset and a desire to progress your career with a market leader. Ideally, you can demonstrate:
