Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Partner to join our organisation. In this key role, you will provide high-quality HR services to designated divisions, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, systems, employee and industrial relations, and supporting business objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering responsive and insightful organisational partnering services to stakeholders, aligning HR support with organisational goals. This will involve providing specialist advice and support on employee and industrial relations matters, including case management and participation in Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
