This multi-award-winning aged care facility has been in business for over 65 years supporting the community. They are looking for a General Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the General Manager you will have experience in leadership management, customer service, business planning and budget management.
You will lead a team to ensure high level service delivery, ensure high quality and timely responsive services to residents and their guests.
In this role you will be responsible for the facilities including resident wellbeing, general operations and maintenance, lifestyle programs and café management. You will ensure that all compliance obligations are met and adhered too.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Qualifications in related field such as aged care or hotel/hospitality services.
- Have experience managing budgets and preparing reports.
- Have the ability to interpret policies, procedures and operating practices.
- Improve processes and management
- Have a minimum 5 years' experience in management.
