The Role & The Team
The Payroll Services team handles end-to-end payroll processing, reporting, compliance, and system support across Airservices Australia.
As a Payroll Officer in the Payroll Operations team, reporting to the Payroll Services Lead, you'll support Tier 1 and Tier 2 tasks as outlined in the Payroll Service Catalogue. You'll manage routine and moderately complex payroll activities, contributing to accurate and timely payroll services.
* Process Tier 1 and Tier 2 payroll transactions, provide advice, and resolve queries while building knowledge of Tier 3 activities.
* Execute payroll tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Mentor and support the Transaction Payroll Officer.
