The Children and Families (CAF) administration team provisions 36 programs with administration support and rostering of over 200 staff to provide services to children, young people and their families.

This role reports directly to the Administration Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely organisation and timely scheduling of CAF services to their clients.

To help provide this service we require a highly experienced
**Administration officer (Scheduling & Workforce Planning) on a full-time basis based at our Gympie office.**

You will use your highly effective administrative skills to assist with rostering of staff to support our children and young people.

**About the Role**
- Human Resource Administration - Credential compliance monitoring; assist with recruitment and onboarding, learning and development planning and monitoring including training preparation for staff and records management;,
- Assist to develop and sustain quality administrative outcomes and stakeholder relationships; contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement culture

**About You**
- 3 years + minimum experience in roster management with high level accuracy and attention to detail;
- Highly organized person who can rapidly respond to scheduling demands of allocating Youth workers to meet client demand.
- Strong work experience in providing admin support to Management on human resource and payroll functions;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows and the ability to use the software in preparing a variety number of forms, documents and correspondence;
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a small team in achieving Service goals.
- Highly developed interpersonal/communication (written and oral), analytical skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
- Current Blue Card
- Ability to obtain a Licence Care Services clearance
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
