Now we are seeking a highly experienced sales and marketing manager to join our fast
growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with
the company's overall goals
Identify market opportunities and design initiatives to capture market share
Team Leadership and Management
Lead, mentor and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve high performance and meet targets
Train internal sales representatives on successful selling techniques to support
overall sales objectives
Manage relationships with external sales representatives across Australia.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Sales Performance and Revenue Growth
Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure the company meets its revenue
goals
Ensure that sales processes and procedures are being followed by internal sales
representatives and that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to sell
effectively
Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments
to strategies.
Marketing and Branding
Oversee the team's creation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand
elements to enhance brand visibility and attract customers
Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels
Oversee the current rebranding project
Ensure sales representatives are equipped with up-to-date marketing materials for
their sales campaigns.
Reporting
Track and report on key performance indicators
Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing
initiatives.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and
company policies
Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of sales and marketing experience
Previous experience as a Head of Department or in a similar senior management
position
Results-driven, with experience in formulating key sales and marketing strategies
and analysing a range of reports and numbers
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset for interpreting market data
Willingness to travel to our assets across Australia when required.
Proficiency in Mandarin in order to communicate with suppliers in China efficiently
