The Role We are seeking a skilled professional for an initial 12-week assignment immediately.
Key responsibilities include: Providing support to General Managers, Regional Managers, and Team Leaders within the Health portfolio.
Assisting leadership with performance management, grievance resolution, and misconduct issues.
Contributing to small project work, including KPI development and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
Supporting performance improvement plans and handling general administrative responsibilities.
Your Profile The ideal candidate will be highly organised, strategic, adaptable, and experienced in supporting leadership teams within dynamic environments.
You should have a strong background in performance management and grievance resolution, with the ability to contribute to smaller project-based tasks.
Familiarity with KPIs and talent acquisition processes will be advantageous.
