The Role
In this exciting role, reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Setting up machinery and performing pre-operation inspections.
* Supervising production processes to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
* Keeping accurate and detailed production records.
* Monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation and promptly reporting any issues.
* Inspecting equipment and machinery regularly.
* Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant Machine Operator position.
* Have flexibility to work day, afternoon & night shifts - rotating rosters included.
* Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
