In this pivotal position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, championing inventory accuracy and leading despatch teams. Your expertise in warehouse or logistics management will drive precision in managing Click & Collect processes and overseeing stock integrity.
Your Key Focus Areas:
* Leadership: Coach your team to excel in their roles, maintain a clean warehouse environment, and ensure seamless warranty testing processes
* Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reducing waste and ensuring timely restocking
* Despatch Operations: Lead high-performing despatch teams, streamlining processes for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction
