Customer Support Expertise Sought
Toro Australia is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its team in Adelaide. As a key member of the Customer Service unit, you will be the first point of contact for irrigation customers, handling orders, returns, and enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including processing orders, returns, and credits.
* Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain high-quality communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment (experience in irrigation, B2B, or spare parts highly regarded).
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Infor CRM experience desirable.
