About your role
We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our Engineering Projects & Governance Team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure strict compliance with Plant Engineering, Asset records, and Document Control processes, contributing directly to our Safe, Stable, and Sustainable vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain established Document Control processes and identify improvement opportunities across Engineering, Project Delivery and Asset Integrity disciplines
* Implement Document Control processes to ensure document flows are managed to the quality and timeliness expectations of the customer
What you will bring
* To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in delivering quality Document Control processes
* Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
* Analytical abilities to identify issues and optimize Document Control processes
* Self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to work autonomously
* Proficiency in database management, particularly with SAP document management system
