Maternal and Child Health Services Leader
Job Description:
This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-performing division, responsible for driving a family-centred approach to Maternal and Child Health services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the physical, emotional, and social factors affecting families today.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality Maternal and Child Health services.
* Drive service excellence through effective leadership, evaluation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to support holistic programs and services.
* Champion child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of child development, family-centred practice, and child safety frameworks, along with strong operational and clinical decision-making skills.
Along with a high-level of strategic thinking ability, candidates will bring current national registration as Division 1 nurse or Midwife, with Midwifery and Maternal and Child Health qualifications.
