About The Role
The Orange Therapy team is an experienced multidisciplinary group supporting a large paediatric caseload in Orange and across Central West NSW. You will work with a diverse client caseload, the majority aged 0-18 (80%), with about 50% aged 0-6. Most CPA-supported clients have cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities (˜80%). A typical week includes about 70% onsite sessions at our Prince Street centre (in person or Telepractice) and 30% community-based visits to schools, client homes, and day program services. Outreach is mainly within 10 minutes of the site; the team also supports clients and families in Bathurst, Parkes, and Forbes.
CPA is a centre of excellence for cerebral palsy and similar conditions, enabling creativity and innovative practice. As an employee, you will have comprehensive and adaptive clinical education support with onsite visits, virtual supervision, and flexible work arrangements as required.

Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
