Job Description
The primary objective of this position is to develop and implement effective testing strategies to deliver business and technology outcomes.
As a Test Analyst, you will reside in the IT Service and Quality Management team within Information Technology and report to the Testing and Quality Manager under broad direction.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the effective delivery of testing and defining test approaches for various systems and integration points.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with software testing methodologies and techniques.
* Ability to form and articulate clear approaches when faced with uncertainty.
* Demonstrable customer focus bias with examples of delivering improvements to quality-related outcomes at the team level.
* Experience working with non-testers (e.g. Business users, developers, support teams) to deliver testing and facilitating or coordinating testing and test design for small to medium teams or projects.

About You
* To be suitable for this role, you should ideally have demonstrated experience in software testing in various environments requiring flexibility of approach.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce effective test coverage and think critically and strategically.
* Experience applying a variety of test strategies and techniques such as exploratory testing, tool-assisted, code-driven, delegation/coaching, statistical/heuristic and knowledge management.
