What you'll do
* External auditing of climate and sustainability information and compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
* Analysing, identifying and resolving complex business issues with effective strategies
* Maintaining a commitment to integrity, ethical behaviour, and building trust with clients and stakeholders
* Leading and creating team‑oriented environments, fostering collaboration and driving innovation
* Leading teams, coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior auditors
What we're looking for
* Audit Expertise: 2‑4 years of experience in external sustainability audit, including assurance over greenhouse gas emissions, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sustainability information and drivers, identify risks, and apply professional judgement to audit processes
* Teamwork and Development: Experience in supervising engagement delivery, setting project plans, and delivering projects on time and on budget
* Communication Skills: Ability to prepare audit findings clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Foundational knowledge of auditing standards, sustainability reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to ongoing learning
