Recruitment Vision is looking to fill a number of amazing ongoing opportunities with one of Ballarat's leading food manufacturers. We have both morning and afternoon shift opportunities available with both shift being casual roles with full time hours with the right candidate having the opportunity to go from casual to perm in the long run.Anyone with a background as a chef, baker or experienced cook is strongly encouraged to apply for this role as this experience can be highly desirable for these roles.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Experience in production line work (preffered but not essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* A proven track record of attendance reliability and a professional attitude
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (able to lift between 10-20kgs consistently)
* Ability to show initiative and problem-solving capability
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Packing and labelling food products
* Weighing, blending & batching
* Achieving set goals and KPI's
* Working either morning or afternoon shifts
* Carrying out quality assurance of food products
* Following OH&S and Food-Hygiene standard
* Complying with all work safe regulation
