Assistant Leadership Position
This is a twelve month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4 with possible extension and/or permanency. The school is committed to developing a highly engaging and dynamic learning program for students.
The Role Summary
An Assistant Leader will shape the learning culture of the school with a strong emphasis on curriculum development, promoting the school's values, ethos, and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will provide educational leadership focused on improving student outcomes and support in developing and implementing the school's Strategic and Operational Plans.
The Assistant Leader will foster the professional growth of staff through coaching and lead whole-school initiatives. A deep understanding of the Western Australian curriculum and commitment to current evidence-based teaching practices are highly regarded. The Assistant Leader will build strong positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student engagement and success.
This role contains a teaching component of 0.4 FTE.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the development and implementation of the school's Strategic and Operational Plans.
2. Provide educational leadership focused on improving student outcomes.
3. Foster the professional growth of staff through coaching.
4. Lead whole-school initiatives.

* Demonstrated capacity to manage staff, physical and financial resources.
