Are you a warm and organised professional, who thrives in a people-focused environment? We’re seeking a part-time Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our Perth campus team! You’ll be at the heart of our campus operations and help create a welcoming and efficient campus experience for all.

As Receptionist and Office Administrator, you will be:

* Welcoming and assisting students, staff, and visitors on-site at reception and over the phone.
* Providing administrative support to the Campus Director (WA) and the Corporate Administration team.
* Coordinating campus events and providing event-day support.
* Assisting with basic financial processes and tenant administration.
* Supporting the efficient management of campus facilities.
* This role is permanent part-time, 30.4 hours/week (4 days/week) .
* Remuneration: $65,084/year pro-rated to $52,067/year (excl. Super) .

Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

* Current First Aid Certification (or willing to undertake training).
* Previous experience in reception, concierge, or customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT skills with quick learning ability; confident using Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
* Highly organised and able to remain poised under pressure.
* Strong team player yet can work independently.
* Involvement in a local evangelical church and demonstrated Christian character.
* Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code ( and Christian ethos of Morling College.

Desirable Attributes:

* Experience in Christian Higher Education context.
* Experience in administration and event management.
* Experience in basic financial processes.
* Experience maintaining websites and social media platforms.
* Project management skills and problem-solving ability.
* Flexibility to work outside of normal hours on occasion where required.
