Intereach has an internal opportunity available for an individual looking to step into the backfill position of Program Manager Early Childhood Approach.
The Program Manager provides effective operational program management to deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood approach in their contracted area of responsibility.
They will provide support and staff leadership to a transdisciplinary team to assist children (0-8 years) with disability and/or developmental delay and their families/care givers to build capacity and promote positive outcomes.
This is a full-time backfill position from 5 January 2026 to 16 January 2026.
This role can be based at any office in Victoria.
The role has been classified under the Health Professional and Service Supports Award 2020 Level 3, but paid in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, with an hourly starting salary of $ Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
