About the Roles
Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced HR practitioners interested in fractional, interim or project-based consulting work.
Current and upcoming engagements include:
* Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) support for an SME technology business
* Senior HR consulting focused on organisational health, culture reset, skills and capability frameworks, and leadership alignment within an established manufacturing environment
You will work directly with business owners, Managing Directors and executive teams, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR leadership and advice.
Key Responsibilities (engagement dependent)
* Provide fractional or interim senior HR leadership
* Lead organisational health, culture and capability diagnostics
* Design and implement skills and capability frameworks
* Support organisation design, workforce planning and succession
* Coach and partner with senior leaders
* Uplift leadership capability and ways of working
* Provide practical HR advisory across employee relations, governance and change
* Facilitate leadership or strategy sessions where required
About You
You will be a senior, commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and navigating complexity.
You will ideally bring:
* Senior HR leadership experience (CPO, Head of HR, Senior HR Consultant or equivalent)
* Strong capability in:
* Organisational design and operating models
* Skills and capability frameworks
* Culture, engagement and leadership alignment
* Experience across one or more of the following environments:
* Technology / SaaS / digital
* Manufacturing or operational businesses
* SME or founder-led organisations
* Confidence operating in fractional or consulting engagements
* Availability for part-time, interim or project-based work
