You’ll work closely with our Club Manager, with a strong focus onsales, local outreach, and member engagement.This isn’t your average desk job, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to help grow our gym, connect with the community, and bring great energy into the club every day.What you’ll be doing:Driving membership sales and retail conversionsFollowing up leads and building genuine relationships with membersOrganising and running member events and in-club activations alongside the club managerLeading local outreach campaigns and building partnerships with nearby businessesSupporting the Club Manager with daily operations and team cultureDay to day tasks and running of a 247 ClubEngaging with Personal Trainers, Allied Health and Local Businesses and SuppliersPreferred Qualifications/ Experience:Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent)Current CPR and First Aid certificationsSales experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality ideal)Confident communication and people skillsA self-starter mindset with great energy and initiativeFlexibility to work across weekdays, evenings/weekends and be available during afternoon staffed hoursSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
