Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
2. Support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to manage their finances.
3. Act as an ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional service and support to customers in various branches.

This is a permanent full-time position, predominantly based at our Modbury branch. However, you'll provide relief support across our other branches, allowing you to experience genuine variety in your work week.
What We're Looking For

* Experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
* Confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone, building rapport and trust.
* A drive for collaboration, understanding the importance of teamwork in achieving our goals.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you'll need to travel to different branches.
