Policy Consultant Role
This opportunity allows you to shape the future of policy services. As a Policy Consultant, you will work closely with clients and agency partners to process insurance renewals, endorsements, and debt management.
You will spend the initial six months in the office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered, aligned with business requirements.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients and agency partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and debt management across a portfolio of representatives.
You will also be expected to underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.
