For more than 27 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year.

About the role
Full time - 12 month Maternity Leave Contract, Commencing ASAP.
The Daily Organisation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Temporary Relief Teaching (TRT) resources, daily room changes, and other resourcing needs that arise as a result of daily scheduling requirements. This position will also work collaboratively with the Deputy Principal and Head of Teaching and Learning, supporting the ebb and flow of academic reporting activities and timetabling maintenance to ensure effective College operations, eg administrative tasks relating to events, calendars, and various college software (TASS & Canvas). General administration support to the Leadership Team, and other relevant stakeholders on a range of activities relating to the smooth and effective operation of the College, with a focus on curriculum can also be expected.

The successful applicant will have:
* Relevant Cert IV (eg Administration) and/or equivalent relevant experience
* Hold or be willing and able to obtain and maintain a current clearance to work with children (Working With Children Check (WWCC))
* Current RRHAN- EC - Mandatory Notification Training Certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, set, and prioritise work
* Ability to work across multiple digital systems including excellent self-elp skills and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
* Significant experience working both independently and as part of a team
* Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school.
* A practicing Christian, with the ability to relate the Gospel message to their role within the College, and encourage a spirit of Christian care amongst staff and students (highly desirable)
