Your opportunity
This position is responsible for achieving positive sales, revenue, and brand health outcomes (where applicable) on a defined brand/product portfolio to bring even more of our group products into Australian households. The Senior Marketing Manager is heavily involved in managing activities across the full end-to-end marketing process. A strong communication and leadership focus is required to sustain effective marketing strategies by building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities
1. Understand the market and market dynamics. Be a subject matter expert in the performance of the specific brand/product portfolio.
2. Identify target audiences and understand consumer needs and wants.
3. Develop a marketing plan with clear strategies and tactics to unlock growth and expand product reach into Australian households.
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns based on validated consumer propositions.
5. Work with the media team to provide planning recommendations for the brand/product portfolio.
6. Launch and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel specialists.
7. Monitor campaign and sales performance to optimize commercial outcomes.
8. Refine marketing strategies through ongoing collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
What you'll bring
* Understanding of Shopper/Retail Marketing is desirable.
* Relevant marketing experience is desirable.
* Telco experience is an advantage.
* Expertise in management principles applied to marketing portfolios.
* Proficiency in data research and analysis tools.
* Ability to develop reports and presentation materials.
* Creative excellence.
* Strong supplier management skills.
