Your Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.
You'll champion best practices, mentor team members, and explore cutting-edge features to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Implement DevOps practices and optimise deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners for fit-for-purpose solutions.
Mentor administrators and analysts, building technical capability.
Drive innovation through exploration of new Salesforce and AI-powered features.

Qualifications
5+ years' experience developing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer, Platform Administrator.
Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and architecture.
Strong communication, analytical, and agile delivery skills.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
