Job Title: Public Law Officer
We are seeking a Public Law Officer to join our team at the Magistrates' Court.
* This is an opportunity for a Deputy Registrar with broad experience across jurisdictions and some experience of leading or managing staff, who would be considered valuable in this role.
* You will perform appropriate legal, administrative and quasi-judicial functions relating to the day-to-day and ongoing operations of the Court, under limited direction from the Registrar of the court.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing information and authoritative advice on court and tribunal procedures and practices to relevant stakeholders.
* Acting with integrity and professionalism at all times and demonstrating a high level of skill in operating relevant computer systems and working with less experienced staff to assist in their development.

Requirements
* Deputy Registrar with broad experience across jurisdictions and some experience of leading or managing staff.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
