About The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing new business strategies and driving revenue growth across the APAC region. Operating in six locations, this role complements the existing sales team, focusing on local and global contingent workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop plans and strategies for generating new business and achieving revenue goals and sales quotas.
* Analyze market opportunities and target prospects by managing pipeline data in a sales database.
* Lead consultative discussions with senior leaders and C-level executives to convert leads into revenue.
* Create cost analyses and proposals for prospects, providing detailed sales forecasts.
* Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field.
* Self-motivated individual with experience in MSP, RPO, VMS, Contract Recruitment, Contractor Management Solutions, HR Technology, or Human Capital Management.
* Proven track record of selling complex Mass Talent Enterprise EOR or AOR Solutions with mid to long-term sales cycles.
* Knowledge of staffing industry, software, and technology is highly desirable.
