As a key member of our high-performing technology team, you'll drive strategic initiatives and lead critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support strategic planning, project implementation, and network deployment activities.
* Manage incident response and production support for high network availability.
* Design and support telephony systems for seamless business communications.
* Drive process improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and enhance security frameworks, ensuring rapid detection and response to threats.
* Deliver network design and optimisation aligned with evolving business needs.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in Network Engineering with strong knowledge of network fundamentals, design, and implementation of best practices across large enterprise networks.
* Proven experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Wi-Fi, Meraki, Palo Alto NGFW, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, and Data Centre solutions (ACI/NDFC).
* Strong troubleshooting skills including packet and log analysis with proven technical documentation abilities.
* Expertise in Enterprise Voice/VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications, SIP).
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications like CCNP, CCNA, PCNSA, PCNSE are a plus.
