Teacher Aides at Yuleba State School play an integral role in supporting student learning, wellbeing, behaviour and classroom routines. About the Role: As a Teacher Aide at Yuleba State School, you will support teachers and students across classroom learning, small group intervention and whole school programs. You will contribute to a positive learning environment and assist students to engage successfully in their education. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; * Supporting literacy and numeracy instruction * Provide one-on-one and small group learning support * Assisting with behaviour and wellbeing programs * Supporting students with additional needs * Assisting classroom organisation and learning resources * Supporting playground, bus and supervision duties when required About You: We are seeking a professional who demonstrates: * strong communication and interpersonal skills, * a calm, caring and student centred approach, * the ability to support students with diverse learning needs, * flexibility to work across multiple year levels, * a willingness to follow direction and adhere to school and departmental procedures, and * reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
