About the role
As a Clinical Nurse, you\'ll use your advanced skills and leadership to deliver person-centred care in acute mental health and alcohol and other drug services.
You will:
- Provide assessment, early intervention, crisis management and evidence-based treatment.
- Support safe transitions to ongoing or community care.
- Lead and mentor nursing and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Contribute to education, research and service improvement.
Requirements
- Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- A period of 6 months\' probation may apply.
