About the Role
As a cashier, you'll be one of the friendly faces of our store and play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties include:
* Operating the checkout accurately and efficiently
* Providing friendly, helpful customer service
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Assisting customers with general enquiries
* Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are well stocked
* Maintaining high standards of stock presentation and cleanliness
* Keeping the checkout and surrounding areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
* Reliability and flexibility across a 7-day roster
* Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of the role
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage (but not essential)
