Your Responsibilities
* Setting up, operating and maintaining DL321 or DL421 longhole drills.
* Reading and interpreting drill plans to meet production and accuracy targets.
* Monitoring ground conditions and drilling performance.
* Working closely with survey, charge-up and production teams to keep the cycle moving.
* Upholding strict safety standards and following all site procedures.
About You
* Strong understanding of underground hard-rock mining processes.
* Ability to read plans and work independently to meet targets.
* Solid communication and teamwork skills.
* A valid WA manual driver's licence (unrestricted).
