About the Role
A global leader in digital infrastructure solutions is seeking a senior Strategic Account Manager to take full ownership of a key hyperscale customer across APAC.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with responsibility for developing and executing the regional account strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding share of wallet and strengthening long-term executive partnerships.
Approximately 30–40% regional travel is required.
You will:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive regional account plan
* Deliver revenue, profitability and market share growth
* Build and deepen relationships at executive and technical levels
* Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations and contract discussions
* Identify expansion opportunities linked to new sites and capacity builds
* Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless solution delivery
* Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
About You
* 5+ years' experience in strategic B2B sales or account management
* Proven success managing large, complex enterprise or hyperscale accounts
* Experience operating across regional or multi-country environments
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence in long-cycle negotiations
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate technical discussions
* Background in hyperscale, data centres, critical infrastructure, power or cooling highly regarded
* Additional Asian language capability advantageous
* Full working rights in Australia
