Project Manager – Health & Laboratory Projects (PC2/PC3)
We’re a highly respected, well‑established project management consultancy delivering Melbourne’s most significant health and laboratory developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with hands‑on experience in complex, technical projects — particularly PC2 and PC3 laboratory environments.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to delivery on major health and laboratory projects across Melbourne. Your work will include:
- Leading design management and documentation phases
- Overseeing tender preparation, assessment, and procurement
- Managing construction delivery, claims, reporting, and contract administration
- Acting as superintendent and maintaining solid stakeholder communication
- Providing strategic guidance across contracts and project governance
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
- 5‑7+ years of project management experience
- Proven background delivering health and laboratory projects, ideally with PC2 or PC3 lab experience
- Strong understanding of design, procurement, and contract processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Front‑end delivery experience highly regarded
- Candidates from the builder’s side with strong CA experience will also be considered
