This is a firm with a strong reputation across multiple practice areas and a consistently high volume of litigation work. The team operates across a wide range of disputes, offering exposure from early-stage matters through to complex Supreme Court litigation.
The Opportunity You will join a collaborative and well-structured litigation team handling a diverse mix of commercial and civil disputes. The practice is broad and varied, providing exposure to:
Building and construction disputes
Contract and commercial disputes
Business and shareholder disputes
Debt recovery and insolvency
Consumer and regulatory disputes
Defamation and reputation matters
This is a hands‑on role where you will work across all stages of litigation, from initial advice through to resolution, with increasing responsibility as your experience develops. You can look forward to mentoring from more senior lawyers, in a firm that celebrates wins.
About You
2–5 years PAE in litigation or dispute resolution
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Experience managing files or assisting on active litigation matters
Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Commercial, pragmatic mindset
