Field Service Technician
We are currently looking for a customer focused Field Service Technician to join our team.
About the Role
Maintaining, installing and servicing office print devices is a key responsibility of this role. You will also be cross trained in additional devices and technology to provide relief support when required. This will be a hands-on role, providing technical diagnostic support for a range of print equipment and ancillary products with associated software solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial.
* A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond.
* Ability to work autonomously while keeping in contact with your team to ensure workload is consistent and transparent.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding.
* Experience as an Office Print Technician as a minimum.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Hold valid working rights in Australia.
