What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee day-to-day maintenance of a broad fleet of farm machinery
* Fast turnaround on breakdowns, especially during harvest (February to Mid May)
* Manage workshop budgets, spare parts, and stock levels
* Maintain safety standards – including SOPs, JSAs, and workshop procedures
* Liaise with centralised maintenance crews and external contractors as needed
Machinery and Equipment You'll Oversee:
* Tractors, ATVs, mechanical harvesters (shakers, sweepers, pickup machines)
* Sprayers, fertiliser spreaders, chainsaws, trailers, and bins
You'll Bring:
* Mechanical background (agriculture or horticulture ideal)
* Safety-first mindset with experience managing SOPs and JSAs
* Financial awareness – confident managing budgets and inventory
