Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and drive business growth. This key role involves preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, developing budgets and forecasts, and analysing cost structures and profitability.

The successful candidate will provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, produce and upload submissions to online portals, oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, manage payroll and superannuation compliance, and ensure adherence to international trade, tax, and financial reporting standards.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, a CPA or CA qualification, and at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience. You will also need high-level Excel and financial modelling skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a commercial/industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Prepare and analyse financial reports
* Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
