About This Role

You'll work closely with a dynamic team of Business Development Managers within Diageo Australia's Commercial Function, reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager.
This role covers the Perth metro area with occasional regional travel.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Market Expansion: Drive market growth and revenue expansion with key on- and off-premise customers.
* Customer Engagement: Conduct sales calls and presentations to retail partners and distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales.
* Driving Sales: Develop strategies to meet revenue targets, collaborating with the sales team on product placement and promotions.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply teams to create brand expansion initiatives.
* Negotiations: Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and strong relationships.
